NOWI Sea Survival facilityThe NOWI was specifically designed as a one-stop-shop, state-of-the-art training facility, to offer all required trainings and certifications for a maritime and offshore wind industry on site, year-round. Trainings also include prepared meals from our onsite kitchen. Workforce medical certifications, including OEUK, coming soon.

NOWI Maersk trainerNOWI has partnered with Maersk Training, a globally recognized training provider with over 40 years of experience and accreditation from relevant industry bodies. Through our partnership, NOWI can provide European competencies and requirements to the United States, ensuring all participants are ready and prepared to enter the workforce.

We are committed to delivery training with the most up to date practices by utilizing technology such as industry-leading simulators including a Helicopter Underwater Egress Training (HUET) simulator and Virtual Reality technology.

NOWI boasts numerous classrooms and training spaces to host private training requests. Our team is prepared to work with you to meet your specific needs. International meeting space and other professional and business-related benefits are also available.

Bristol Community College, which established NOWI, supports the philosophy of our approach. As a reflection of this commitment, Bristol developed two degree programs in Offshore Wind: an Associate of Applied Science in Offshore Wind Energy, and a Certificate in Offshore Wind Power Technician. Both programs provide students with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a growing industry with a high demand for qualified professionals.
