On August 3, we heard national offshore wind energy professionals tell their stories as we learned from their pathways through the industry. The series highlighted ways to change the industry’s story on diversity and setting the bar on equity support and recruitment in the offshore wind sector.
Bristol Community College is leading the region in offshore wind workforce development initiatives through the National Offshore Wind Institute (NOWI), an innovative, industry-focused institute with strategies to accelerate and support the next generation of workforce and supply chain for the wind energy sector.
